Miss you Grandpa!

October 9, 2016

I never lived close to my grandparents, but I loved to visit them. My favorite thing to do with my grandpa was to play games. We used to always play Old Maid. When it was my turn to pick a card from him, he would taunt me about it. Then he would cause me of cheating. When I was younger I will admit to some cheating, but he still called me a cheater when I was older. He always played a competitive game, even when I was very little. I loved to play games with him.

I used to live in Boston and my grandparents didn’t like to travel much, so they didn’t come to my house often. When they did, it was really fun. When I lived in Boston, I was younger. I used to do silly things and get into a little bit of trouble. When I did, my grandpa chased me around the house. He would beat his hands together, and say “I’m gonna give you a knuckle sandwich” as he chased me. Eventually he would catch me and instead of a “knuckle sandwich”, he would throw me on the bed and tickle me until I couldn’t breathe. I have so many great memories with him, but these are two special ones.

I love him so, so, so, so, so, so much. I’m going to miss him more than I can imagine.

I love you grandpa!!!!
