Some of my most favorite times spent with my dad were watching him interact with his grandkids. Dad was always so patients and would spend hours playing Old Maid or Pick-Up-Sticks with my kids. He was funny, competitive (even playing kids games) and honest. He didn’t just let them win! I love that my dad cared so much about my children and that he showed his love through actions not just saying I love you. If he had remained healthy, I know he would have loved to have taught Henry how to throw the football.
